Each summer, my husband and I choose a signature cocktail to sip on our porch while we watch the geese stroll, the chickens and ducks frolic, or Cooper dig random holes in the garden.
In past years, we've done the Paloma (a favorite!), Mojito, and the Lemondrop Martini.
Because I'm a huge lover of the sweet-tart flavor of citrus cocktails, as soon as I saw the Whipped Lemonade Recipe on the Kitchn site, I knew that would be this year's drink.
Enter the Frozen Whipped Lemonade Cocktail.
I happened to have all the ingredients on hand (I love this use for that partial can of sweetened condensed milk in the back of the fridge!), and didn't want to mess with the super simple "1/4 cup of everything" ratios, but I did reduce the amount of ice and added some water to make the consistency a bit easier to sip through a straw.
I also added a bit of vanilla, and I think the splash of vanilla vodka I added is perfect, but if you're a non-drinker, you can just skip that entirely. You'll still enjoy the balanced flavors that are not too sweet, not too tart. Or add a splash of carbonated water for a little fizz.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and sip through a straw. Repeat as necessary.
